Designing, planning and choosing a strategy of creationDesigning and planning stage allows us to build a draft of activities in accordance with previously accepted model, thanks to which our vision comes to life. Design process ends in a point when operating model becomes a real representation of our joint ideas. 3. Creation, execution, implementationCreation and implementation stage is a phase in which created project obtains specified shape in functional dimension: a shape of operating device. At this stage, as well as at the other stages, communication with client is our priority - your aim is the most important factor determining optimal shape of on-demand products wether that product is an internet service or complicated system designed for assisting business processes. 4. Presentation, start-up, implementationWhen the product is complete we present it to the client and start the implementation process. The course of this process is arranged individually - our priorities during the process are effectiveness and care for avoiding interferences in normal work of your organization 5.
